My Mother's Home Away From Home: An Audio Portrait

Since immigrating from the Philippines in 1994, my mother has called Canada her home.

This project was developed alongside my mother. When I was young, she would always tell me tales of what it was like "back home" in the Philippines. I thought it would be interesting to talk about what home means to her and to have her reflect on her time in the Philippines.
